Filings / Insider disclosures
Insider disclosures.
Locate insider-trading and substantial-acquisition source documents without implying a normalized trade ledger that does not exist yet.
Current coverage
Marked currently exposes documents classified as insider_trading. The MCP tool returns structured_trades: false with matching disclosures. Read the filing for parties, quantities, dates and legal context.
What not to infer
- →A small result count indicates thin coverage, not an absence of insider activity.
- →These records are not a beneficial-ownership graph or activist-ownership dataset.
- →Do not aggregate quantities until the disclosure has been parsed and reconciled.
Future structured coverage
A normalized surface needs transaction identity, person or entity identity, security, direction, quantity, price, disclosure basis, event time and restatement handling. Until then, Marked labels the limitation explicitly.
